The welding line is specifically designed by DUOYUAN to meet the production cycle and technical requirements of ZGJ cab assembly, ensuring the highest quality standards. The ZGJ cab welding line consists of floor assembly, left/right side panel assembly, rear panel assembly, top cover assembly, front panel upper plate assembly, and left/right door assembly.

To ensure precise and efficient welding, the welding line is equipped with two sets of robot welding workstations positioned at the 30-station and 50-station locations. These workstations are strategically placed to cater to the inside and outside welds of the cab, including the upper and lower plates of the front panel, side panel and front/rear panel, side panel and floor. The outer welds such as the welding seam between the upper and lower panels of the front wall, side wall and front/rear wall, side wall and roof, rear wall and roof, and front wall and roof.
